I want to delete the AC/heater box on the firewall of my 69 BB. Will a stock heater box completely cover the hole in th firewall?? and bolt up to the same mounting holes??

No, it won't - the components, firewall holes, and hole patterns are completely different.

I have the same issue, would like to delete A/C box on my '69. What all would be required. I was going to pull the box and figured all I would need to do is install a plate over the whole

What are you planning to use for a heater/defroster?

He's in CA, might not need either.

Glenkov48 - take everything out & fab a plate to cover the holes. Then get the heater only unit & fab new hole in yor new plate. With a little effort I bet you could make it look stock. You will be missing the fresh air intakes on the drivers side, but that might not matter.
