So, my accelorator pedal seems to stick a little and is tight to push on. Can I spray some silicone spray or make some kind of adjustment to help loosen things up? If so, where do I do it at? :)

I'd look for three things
1) Cable bent too tightly.
2) Cable housing or the cable itself is damaged.

Silicone spray won't work because it doesn't last long. Oil-based products like WD40 work well in the short term but in the long term make the problem worse because they attract dirt.

Throttle cables were designed to work dry, (ie: no lubricant). They they start to stick, they either need to have sharp bends removed or, if the cable is damaged, be replaced.

Disconnect the throttle cable from the carb and see if the problems goes away. It's possible that the throttle plates in the carb are sticking from carbon build up or worn housing/bushings.

good advise! I'll check those out in the morning. :beer
