LT4 Air ducts

I just bought a LT4 and I am impressed. I have had three Corvettes but this one is awsome. Anyway I have a problem with the air ducts for the air conditioner and heater. I push the button but can't change the direction of the vents. Any Ideas? Thanks.

Did you park next to a "Competition Yellow LT4" lately? I am guessing the color of the other vette may have affected your controls.

It may be the vacuum controler just above the throttle pedal.
It is mounted on the firewall under the dash. The rubber nipples that go into the vacuum lines get soft and close. If you have no error codes on the Climate Contol and your cruise control works 99% it is this problem.

I just received my factory shop manuals for the 1996 corvette so that should help. I do know about the programmer but I don't think it is that but I will keep it in mind. Thanks.
