Question: Air leak

Hello, I just changed the OPT, because it was leaking. I had to remove intake because I dropped my socket in an area that required removing the intake. After changing OPT, I started the motor and heard what sounds like air coming from back of intake. I suspect I failed to connect vacuum hose. Can I connect vacuum hose without having to remove intake again?,
