Airing it Out

Excuse me for being so simple minded but even the manual does not explain how to add air to my stock 07 tires. The stem caps just spin. How do I get them off?

but this comes from a guy who when he drove his first bmw had to make a panic call to the dealer to figure out how the hell you got the gas door open...

The stock valve stem caps would just come right off but there are a few after market valve stem caps that have Corvette logo on the end that just spin without the 'special' tool to remove them. If this is the case, there is probably a narrow strip of black plastic below the cap that isn't turning and it needs to be turned.

Is there a small black plastic 'tool' in the car somewhere that looks like it would fit around the valve stem cap?
