Question: Alignment settings

I was told I should ask what others use for alignment settings before having my car aligned. Does anyone think it matters? Does anyone have settings they love?

I have a 1988, without the special suspension package, and now with KYB shocks, in case any of that matters.

Good to kow that no one has any strong feelings about the subject. Means I am less likely to get it done wrong .
