Just put Diamondback 205/75R15 radials on my 61 and want to get a front end alignment. Will the specs in the ST-12 suffice? If not, what is recommended for radials.

Caster and camber same as ST-12.

Little less toe in. About 1/2 of what the ST-12 specifies. With radials, you want some, but very little toe in.

Put 32 lbs of pressure in the tires. Put a 200 lb weight in the driver's seat. Bring a 1/4" allen wrench and a copies of the relevant pages of the ST-12.

Then "forget" something that you need in the car to give you an excuse to go out into the service area. There you'll find the mechanics staring at the car and scratching their heads. Now they might listen to you as you show them how to insert the allen wrench and turn the pin and make the wheel go in and out, back and forth.

After showing them which grease fittings to remove to get access to the allen-head adjuster; rest assured NONE of them will have a clue where the adjustment is, or what it does, or how to work with it. :eyerole
