I am just finnishing up replacing all bushings, rear hubs and shocks, now it is time to take the Vette in for an alignment.

Does any body have any suggestions as far as settings or specs I should ask for. I am running 88' wheels with 275 40/17 on all four.

Thanks

My car did best with the stock settings, even with the 17" wheels.

WOW that surprises me, I have heard so much about using VBP's settings or at least changing the front a little to stop the wander on uneven roads.

Th 315s do like to follow the road's wrinkles. When Guldstrand aligned the car for the 17"ers, the front tires rubbed the frame at full-wheel deflection. I am wondering if a set-drive-set-drive procedure would help reduce that wandering.

GM junkie highlights a lack of real knowledge that we have come to live with in many areas of our lives: the reliance on instrument and calculator output without a simple judgiment of whether or not it makes sense, or even works.
