A few photos of new paint job on car. Put emblems on today and door handles. Should have it all put together in two weeks. Still have to put in windows, although I like the look without them.

Doing a lot of planning for 48 states trip. Will have approximate state by state schedule next week.

The day was just great here in Maine , hope it is nice where you are

My painter thought that I should work with a clean slate. My hands were shaking as I drilled the holes for the emblems.

Anyone know the exact measurements for the hood and rear script. It does not say in the AIM, just the locations

Is it 2" from bottom and 2" from side hood on driver side.

And what is the rear. If someone can let me know

It looks pretty good in person. I am sure after 12,000 miles in 90 days it will have aged just right

Leave Aug 2, Should Hit your area going (north by northwest) or coming back south by southeast.

If on way back maybe in Late Sept. I will have a state by state date line in a week or so.

Got the bumpers on. I am not very good at it , I am sure someone on my trip will show me how.
