AM terrible

I listen to Sports radio when I travel to the big city(Chapel Hill) and tommorow I'll find out if I can pick up my 850 the Buzz AM. If not, is there anyway to boost this signal? In a metal car I can reach it almost to my town about 170 miles away. Anybody know how to increase power/change or what or nothing?

I would be interested as well. I travel between small towns in and around Okc. AM is bad when compared to my Tahoe, FM is tolerable but still not as good.

Yeah, whichever type or provider one chooses, Satellite Radio is the way to fly.
