amp relay, how to removel panel?

i think my bose amp relay is bad and the manual said its found behind the IP ?? by the picture front pass side in the middle. o.k. how dose the under dash carpeted panel come off? i have the black plastic panel off, and from what i can see all the screws out of the carpeted one too but its not move much, so i thought i would ask you guys if i am missing some thing before i brake it!!

well i found the relay deep behind the radio area, changed it but i have some sounds coming form the speakers but still no music? guess its dead.
