...is NOT part of the collection being auctioned: http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQfsooZ2QQfsopZ34QQsassZrmauctionsQQsbrsrtZd

There is however, a rather interesting car that was part of the competition for the SNAT series then:

870: 1995 Chevrolet Corvette Guldstrand Nassau Roadster

The seller has quite a collection, including a one-of-a-kind Callaway-powered sedan :cool

Sweet! A Guldstrand! :cool I've always liked those.

I really dislike auctions with pictures that small though. Wait a minute... I dislike small pictures period. Especially when they look professional quality like these. ;squint:

Is this Al Wiseman's collection? What sedan are you referring to? I can't think of any sedans besides the Impalas...?

There are some neat items on auction in this group:

0750_1_lg.jpg

0917_1_lg.jpg

0919_1_lg.jpg

0918_1_lg.jpg

I really like these last three... haven't seen them before!

Brangeta, are you familiar with the Al Wiseman collection??

Re: the TT sedan, it is not a typical platform ;)
No not really, I was looking at RM Auction's website, and basically answered my own question with a few clicks after I typed that post. :ugh

(sidenote: have you checked out some of the other auctions? He has an amazing model and memorabilia collection!)

TT Sedan eh? Well... give us a hint. 80s? 90s? 00s? Domestic or import?

How about this trio???

Lot #856

1953-2003-1953PedalCar.jpg

856: 1st Year & 50th Anniversary Chevrolet Corvette
The 1953 Chevrolet Corvette Roadster, 2003 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible and the official GM licensed 1953 Corvette Pedal Car offered in this remarkable lot all share the distinction of being the 39th car produced in the respective series. Not only a matched trio, the 1953 and 2003 Corvettes are the lowest known production number matched pair in the world.

Each of the three was the 39th produced in its respective series. Talk about a 1 of 1 collection! :eek

80's euro sedan. About 6,000 lbs of TT hauling!

I'm going to have to guess BMW then since Callaway tinkered with some bimmers back then. Am I right? :)

You're telling me someone put a Corvette engine in a Rolls Royce? O_o :confused
