Another Bose question

I have been looking on ebay for some bose components for my 96. My question is what years are the speakers the same as they are in the 96? I am assuming 94-96 are all the same but was not sure about the years before that. Also if anyone has any Bose components for sale drop me an email at mchlrx7turbo2@aol.com as I have not purchased anything yet. Thanks again for the help.

Also, I found some rear speakers for sale but they do not have what I think is an enclosure. They are bolted into this flat black plate that is shaped like the opening in back. Is this the whole enclosure or should there be a box that actually encloses the speaker? Sorry for all the questions but i really need to get rid of the awful base stereo that came with the car. Thanks

Does anyone know? Is the rear speaker just bolted into a plastic plate or is it supposed to be bolted into an enclosed box?

The front and rear speakers mount in an enclosed box. The amps mount on the back of these enclosures. You need Bose speaker enclosures to have it mount and sound right....Frank
