Ive got to say...the level of personal relationship this group shares with each other and the business is amazing.
My mom recently called Callaway to order a gift for me. With out telling Joanne who she was she ordered the Sledge DVD and gave her name only.
Joanne said "Are you Josh's mother?" My mom said she about hit the floor!
She had no idea how this person knew who I was or the possible connection. Then Joanne said let me figure the 2 day shipping and I'll call you back. So she hung up. My mom thought " I didn't tell her where I lived" Then Joanne calls back and gives my mom the shipping est. but it was to Florida :L but my parents live in Arkansas. Joanne said she assumed my parents lived in Ocala also and then made a correction to get the DVD to me.
Overall the experience was very positive for my mom. She laughs and said Big Brother Callaway is keeping an eye on me. I said its just great customer service

PS if the facts in this story aren't 100% accurate forgive me, it was just too funny to listen to my mom tell it. Its as close as I recall her telling it to me.
