Hi KIDS, I think before I dive in & start pulling the wiring harness apart, Ill ask for a few ideas, I have a 90 coupe with a starting problem!!! Cold, it ALWAYS starts rite up with NO problems. Once it is fully warmed up & you shut it off,When trying to re-start it, it will just CLICK!!!!! Now, It has a NEW G.M. starter( twice) and a new battery, I ended up running a wire the from the small terminal on the solonoid up to the battery area,so that when it acts up I can touch the new wire to the pos. terminal on the battery& it starts rite up. NOW heres my question: does anyone have any ideas on where to start looking for the PROBLEM!!!!!!:D

Any corrosion on the positive battery cable? Mine would do this as well and there was a bunch of corrosion inside the positive cable. New cable and battery over the weekend and she seems to be running well. My problem wasn't always limited to hot temp, though it seemed to start easier in cooler temps (ie, right out of the garage in the morning). I also pulled the battery tray and cleaned all the grounds that had corrosion on them and repainted area.
