Help! Anti theft problems

ad I've had my 2000 in the shop twice. I've had to have the steering column lock thingy removed just so I'm able to move it. The fuel system still shuts down if I go over 2 mph. I've heard that there are some anti theft system bypass modules out there but I need some help locating the correct one, anyone familiar with this costly and agravating problem? hnoes

Is that a constant or an intermittant problem?

Mine often says "pull key, wait 10 seconds". On occasion it will say "service column lock". I have had it to the dealer several times and had the recall procedure done. It still does this. You can clear the "service column lock" by disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a few seconds.
