Hello ... is there any difference (other than the red paint) between the stock c5 front calipers and the zo6 ones?

I believe they are the same.

Hey Terry

Of course! It's Christmas.... have to take care of the one you love. ;-)
I will buy either after market brakes or after market exhaust in January.

Well Thats great news!

Don't forget the C5 parts for Sale forum - usually a few header/cat/exhaust systems for sale (much cheaper than retail)
Rain
(oh yea, check ALL of the forums like cf.com and dc.com too)

Go nuts! Put 6 piston calipers and titanium rotors.

...shorten the stopping distance from 125 feet to a whopping 85 to 90 feet average from 60 MPH to 0.

Put a supercharger on it too and you can get up to 100 the back to 0 before you leave your driveway! ;worship

I was all fired up about those titanium Red Devil Brakes ( love the weight loss) until I saw the price. This weekend I plan on starting a new brake thread about some brakes I have seen in Ecklers. I will also then check the parts forum as Rain suggested.

have run across a few threads in the ForSale forum where C5s have switched to sportbrakes or another aftermarket set up and are upgrading.

Saw that SportBrakes.com does offer a nice package deal for about 250$ or so.
(what ive been told) its actually not on their web site (sigh).
