This is a frame up restored GT1 Race Car with a 358 motor that dyno'd at 720hp.
1989 Ron Nash Designed Corvette SCCA GT1 National Champion Designed in 1988 by Ron Nash and driven to the 1989 SCCA GT1 National Championship by Morris Clements, and bought by us in 1990 and owned until now, this is the rare, grand fathered, one of one racing Corvettes. Ron Nash designed this car with the motor as a stressed member with no frame forward of the firewall. SCCA grand fathered this design as legal for this car only and banned all future designs like this. Now a fully rebuilt, wonderful vintage car which runs 14’s a Road America without trauma and probably quicker for braver drivers! Current motor is 715HP 358cu with a Weissman 5 speed. Spares include additional motor, body pieces, suspension parts, windshields, BBS wheels with fan cones, and much more. We have the log books; build design sheets, spares, and history since new. A great chance to be fast and safe at any vintage race. $275,000 with interesting 65-67 Corvette Stingray street or race cars considered as partial trades. Currently in Greenwood livery reflecting our past and future association with John Greenwood. Contact Sales Department at LFSC.
