Is there any or has there been any more news about the CAC event at Mid America in Effingham IL. next June? I have not sen anything more lately and nothing from Mid America. Just wondering.
Maybe if Brett gets the 54 Corvair Motorama Car put together he can bring it and put it on display for all to see. How cool would that be? I am sure Mike Yager would welcome it.

Yep. Rooms have been locked down at a Days Inn and we're working with Lori and her staff on a daily basis finalizing plans and details.

Is there a block of room set aside st the Days Inn for CAC members or do you just have a room there for you? Just wondering because my room is at the Best Western and the room rate is $60.99 per night.

No, there will be a block. I believe the non-suite rooms will be $59.00 per night. Lori is working out the final details with them and waiting to receive the contract from their GM.

Rob, please do keep us informed. I would change my Hotel room to a different one if the price is the same or less and it is where all the CAC people will be.
Is the CAC looking to have a display any kind of spcl. Corvettes? Just wondering?
