This weekend I am taking apart both doors... I am replacing the exterior handle on the passengers side (i already got the drivers side handle replaced and it was alot of work) and then replacing locks on both doors and i guess the drivers side window came off the track.. and the passenger side's window seems to be stuck in the door also.. i was just looking for any help or tips or advice that anyone can give me... I have gotten the door panel off and it was some work to get at all the stuff in there.. any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Also, are there any Info webpages on door panels/door insides? P.S. I have a 1976 (Later Model) Stingray and I have the deluxe door panels (not that that matters or anything)

there are few very recent threads in this forum on the doors you may want to look through. dropping the door latch mechanism helps greatly in replacing the outside handle. plus you can pull it out of there and clean it up and re-lube it. i had a stripped regulator gear and after looking at what was involved in re-building the regulator i decided to buy a new one. ecklers is about the cheapest i have seen and they offer a discount if you buy both sides.
