I just had them installed earlier this week. I haven't taken pictures yet because the car is a little dirty. I will get it cleaned this weekend and post some pictures.

Learn from me, the dirty rim poster!

The rims are clean. It is the rest of the car that is a little dirty.

Lookin forward to seeing them thanks

I am looking forward to cleaning the car and taking pictures. It has been raining here since Wednesday. Supposed to clear off Sunday afternoon maybe. :(

Ok Stealth1. Here are some pics but keep in mind the lighting was bad and the car is dirty. I will take some better ones when I get the time to clean the car but this should give you a good idea of what the chrome rims look like on black.

These pictures can be viewed at www.thez06.com.

Those look great..! Where did you get em and have you had the balancing issue ironed out yet? Your car doesnt look dirty at all man.

Thanks Stealth1. I bought them from a local corvette shop and no I haven't had time to work out the balance issue. I took the car for a ride tonight and the vibration is barely noticable. The place I bought the wheels from insisted on mounting the tires so I let them. I will be taking the car to my usual tire place to get them re-balanced. There is a tire guy there that is awesome. My last truck had chrome rims with tape weights. He got them balanced with no vibration. Balancing truck tires is a lot harder than the tires on our cars. I am hopeful I can get this resolved.

I'm sure you will get it ironed out. They look cool. Any plans to drop it a little?
I did mine , I have a bout 2 fingers in each fender well looks awesome.Handles great.
My spoiler hits on everything but thats it. I think with the chromes it would be awesome. Hey is your address 456..?Mine is 456 also

Yep. 4561.

I thought about lowering the car but it hits now on driveways and stuff so I have been a little reluctant to lower it. I do know that it would look a thousand times better if it was lowered. Still debating.

Hey Stealth1. Do me a favor and send me some pictures of your car. I would really like to see it lowered.

I had my original Z06 wheels polished and you would be hard pressed to tell the difference between the aftermarket chromed wheel or the polish on the OEM wheel. I did, however, have to use the regular C5 chrome center cap. I wonder what the LeMans chrome 2004 center piece would look like? If interested I could post a picture of the wheels before and after!
