Anyone tried one of those Commemorative Z06's?

We can get production numbers from this site, all but the 2004's. Did you see any 2004 numbers on the other site?

I did not see any "official" numbers. I just typed in a search for production numbers and I found a thread related to the topic. One of the members posted those numbers in the thread.

I was 'told' by a dealer who was going to get me one in OR, that production was to be limited to around 1,500 or so, maybe as low as 1,200.

Had to buy one in FL and have it shipped to OR to get one. The west coast ripoff was an extra $5-10 grand over MSRP.

That kind of stinks for the increase in price. So basically, it's a color change, carbon fiber hood and different shocks for a few more G's?

Also add, it is a limited production model. Total of 1800 to be made according to NCM.

.....and I have so say that 04 Z06 looks pretty agressive with those stripes. I think GM did a great job distinguishing that one from the other Z06's. I just can't decide if I should shoot for a good 03 and add a raw carbon fiber hood or get the 04 and leave the hood alone.:cool
