Replaced my stereo with a Pioneer 2 din navigation unit. Some fiddle and difficulties but it is in and working. The problem is that my heater wont work as it did. It produce warmish air but not as before. I did short the the lighter and blew the fuse for it but will this have anything to do with the heater? I have ordered 2 sets of fuses so that 15 amp fuse is still not replased. Strange that the heater was ok before installing the stereo. Fan and controlls all works, electronic heatercontroll and it is a 1993 model.

Thanks,
Steve

Any ideas? Where should i look? AC works, blower works, controller works. Just no hot air.

Don't know if this is connected to your problem, but look under the pass/side fuel rail cover. There are vacuum lines there that may be part of the problem. Again, just a guess.

Thanks. I am going to check out this line. Will this vacum line be connected to the heat controll inside the car. Just in case i pulled it out somehow when fiddeling with the stereo.

Regards,
Steve
