ASr and ABS Warning Lights

The ABS and ASR warning lights on my 95 LT-1 come on and stay on from time to time for no apparent reason. The following come on at once, then go off at once: Service ABS, Service ASR, ABS Off, and ASR Off. They may stay on for a day or for several weeks. Is this a faulty sensor that I can replace or do I need to visit the dealership? I don't really care about the ASR, but would like for my ABS to work. Thanks for the help.

My daughter's '99 Grand AM GT just started doing exactly the same thing. It goes into the shop this Friday. I'll let you know. I'll bet it is the same system!
