Auction at Las Vegas Reggie Jackson '67 427 sold

I was at an auction this past weekend in Las Vegas and one of Reggie Jackson's cars was there. Evidently he is trying to raise some money for a restaurant he wants to open and selling off some of his cars is a way to do that.

'67 RED Coupe 427 tri power numbers matching didn't sell the first day when the auction got to $85k and no higher.

Next day, the guy that I bought a car from at the auction approached the representative of the car and offered $85k for it and since no one else came forward, they decided to take the money and sell the car! They didn't want to drag it back home.

Car was really clean, a very nice car. Red with white stinger and red interior. In my humble opinion that was a steal of a buy! Had the car been for sale with Corvette people in attendance or ProTeam that car could have easily gone for $110k to $125k or higher!

Just shows you that in the right place at the right time deals can be had. We left Vegas on Sunday morning and this deal was done at the end of the day on Sunday.
