Automatic Door Locks

Would like to know if my '88 Vett has the subject door locks. My understanding of "automatic" means that they will move into the locked position at some predetermined vehicle speed. Didn't see anything about it in the owners manual, and the "search" didn't have the same understanding of automatic as did I.

They aren't self locking if that is what you mean. The only thing is that they are power locks, maybe that is what it is referring to?

Nope, our cars don't have automatic door locks. Trust me, no matter how fast you're going, they won't lock automatically.
