Auxilliary cooling fan switch location

On the cars with the factory auxilliary electric cooling fan, where is the temp switch that controls the fan located, physically?

Joe,

The fan temp switch is located in the passenger side head between the two center spark plugs. Looks a lot like the temp sending unit on the drivers side head except that it has two wires connected to it instead of one.

That should make things a little easier, when it comes time to install the electric fans.

Follow-up: does anyone happen to know the thread size? If not, I'll just have to measure it when I take it out.
