Was wondering what folks are doing out there to have backup camera capability for their C6s...
Ive seen some wired systems where they have to drill a hole in the back compartment and splice into the reverse lamp cable.
I don't want to go that far with modding my vette, which is why Im looking for a wireless system.
Also don't want to use a cheesy wireless to rear view mirror with LCD monitor.
There is this that works for some GMC vehicles that unlocks the GPS-DVD to play movies and even for backup cameras.
I may try this solution from LockPick:

Thanks for sharing if you have a viable solution.
UPDATE: Sorry to say, but the LockPick 360-2 for C6 Corvettes has been discontinued. There may be other vendors at a much higher cost, but these guys dropped out of the line because the cable and connector are prohibitively expensive, like several times the cost of the unit. Also, they break easily when removed from the radio, so beware of buying one of these used. Guess Im still looking for a viable solution.
