My 96's radiator sprung a leak! :mad It seems the plastic along the passenger side decided to split from top to bottom. Luckly just a small crack and leaked only under pressure. Has this happened to anybody else? By the way, I found all kinds of stuff stuck up and around it. That's even after I cleaned it!
What a pain to replace! Those 6 little screws along the front side edges now have a few new names. ;) Order a new one from RadiatorBarn for $150.

Everybody has to replace the plastic end tanks on their radiators of their Vettes (the newer ones that is) at some time or another. The plastic gets old and cracks, as you plainly discovered. :v

Yes, that happened to me just recently, I thought my water pump was going and when I did the pressure test it was coming from the same area, where the tanks are crimped to the radiator. That seam looks bulletproof, but I guess it becomes weak after awhile.
