Just curious, I have ordered from BMS two different times and both times I finally recieved [two months] my order and was satisfied with the quality, however, this company has got to have the poorest customer service in the history of service. They will never answer the phone and only once have they ever answered an email. I can't believe they will remain in business with such poor customer service, infact I'm wondering why I ever ordered from them the second time. Was wondering if any of you have had a similiar experience with Bailey Motor Sports, just curious. Oh, I remember now why I ordered from them the second time, it is the only place I could find the item I wanted. I have questioned BMS about my complaints by email but I never got an answer from them and of course they never answer the phone.

I have to admit that I've never used BMS to order anything aftermarket for my Corvette, so I can't comment on how usual or unusual your experience is. Obviously, customer service ought to be the first priority of any catalogue order company.

My experience in ordering aftermarket items for my Corvette are only related to the sponsors of the CAC, specifically MidAmerica Corvette and Corvette America. If you haven't used them before, I think you'll be quite pleased with them.

Yes, I got the exhaust port filler that is advertised here at CAC from BMS and was very happy with the product and the delivery. My parts arrived in about a week and were everything I expected.
