Batch of White Export Corvettes

Yesterday two friends and I were on the 1:15 pm tour at the Corvette Plant and spotted about 5 or 6 export C-6 Coupes (repeater turn signal lights on the front fenders, amber rear side maker lights, red/amber outboard tail lights) and, amazingly, all of them were white! Since white is generally a rare color, I wondered if an export dealer was doing some kind of promotion with a graphics package that used a base white car?

Anybody have any inside scoop?

They should be so lucky.. IF they get high speed cars, it's usually Porsche's.. :ugh

Sorry, but the White Mice is a reference to the Police Motorcycle Drivers escorting VIP Guests, as they used to wear white leather uniforms..

As to white police cars, they USED TO BE white/green, such like this:

Now, they changed colors and went silver/green first, then silver/blue.. Makes them harder to spot for people used to green and green/white. ;squint:


Would be interesting to find out whether they were destined for Europe.
