After much looking my drain turned out to be the starter solenoid with corroded internal connections.Replaced the solenoid and the drain went away.Thanks again for every ones help.

As powerful and with all the advances in technology for engine control and management, it often comes down to a dirty contact where some resistance in the circuit causes the ECM to run the car based on bad data.
Milivolts, ohms, nanoseconds...such tiny measures that mean so much to the typical internal combustion engine. Funny thing is, most folks don;t know all that or care...they just want it to run right.
