Won't be able to drive the vette for about three weeks. Would you hook up the battery tender and keep it charged or let it go. I guess my question is: How long do you go between runs before you use the battery tender?

I can only get about 3-weeks on one of my C6's, the other one will do 4-5 weeks. I bought a battery tender, works great.

Or disconnect the battery! The only thing you'll have to reprogram are the windows and maybe the radio! The window Re-Indexing instructions are in the owners manual!!:thumb:thumb:thumb

Junkie's right .I disconnected my battery on the 08 for 4 mons.No problem at all ,not even reprogramming a thing .I use to do the same with my 03 and no problem.I have a couple Friends that do the same thing .
Junkie has a special disconnect that is fast basic and easy.

I always put a battery tender on any of my vehicles if it sits for a week or longer, my 01 vert has the OEM AGM battery and works just fine. Most of my vehicle batteries last 8 years on an average.

That has been my experience too. Keep the battery's fully charged and reduce the risk of sulfation.
