BB 502 Guys......Question??

Reading the spec on my 502 BB ..Oil Presure was listed as very low as compared to the norm..Did you use your stock MidYear oil pressure Gauge with the 502?

And...I think I have a 444 Bellhousing in my SB car now.. Can I use it with the New 502 which has the 168 tooth Flywheel???

I used a new (repro) oil pressure gauge which seems to read very much like the way the original gauge did with the L-71.

As for your bellhousing question, sorry, I can't answer it.

I just heard from Rich and he said the spec is bogas. At start up his gauge is pegged and then after warm up it runs about 45 lBs.
