I was in the local dealer asking about ceramic pads for my car and he could only find JL9 and J56 pads in his computer. JL9 is base suspension brakes and J56 is Z06. I have Z51 which is J55.
He went on to suggest that I should try Bendix Titanium brake pads. Anyone heard of these or used them? I looked on the Bendix web site but couldn't find anything about them. Are the ceramic or semi-metallic? I am looking for something that dusts less than what is on my car. With my C5 I had the ceramic pads on for a few weeks before I traded it in and really liked them.
I have also though about Hawk TPS pads.
