Best Harmonic balancer for the buck?

Started noticing a strange noise from my car and under inspection reveals that the rubber in the balancer has worked its way out and needs replaced. Should I go with factory, aftermarket or something else (dont honestly know what "something else" is but....).

Oh and what, if anything, has potentially happened to my motor besides unreal bearing loads?

Oh, BTW, I need this balancer within the next couple of days.

Nothing really, it happens. ;)

As for a replacement damper, unless you plan on hitting some high rpm's or are planning to go racing, the factory unit will suffice.
