Best way to remove C1 Spring Towers??

Can someone tell me the best process of how to get the Spring Towers out of my C1? It looks like there's some kind of fiberglass rivets holding them in, and I need to know if I should just take a Dremel to them or not-

If you mean the towers for the deck lid/trunk springs, yes - they're riveted to the trough of the upper body panel, and the rivets have to come out in order to remove them.

Thanks John- Is the best way to do this to simply grind down the heads of the rivets? Is there a special tool required when the time comes to re-install them?
