1993: Bet you can't figure out how to remove this screw

There is a screw holding the door panel on immediately behind the power door sliding switch. Any way to get to it? It is immediately behind the switch and I see no way in hell to get to it without breaking the plastic panel.

Can you post a picture? I have taken the door panel off my 95 without breaking anything.

The plastic slide detaches from the metal bar behind it giving you room to remove the screw.

:t remove the lock knob pull the end on the right
up towards you and slide the lock to the right it only pops on and off
not break it also has a felt back on it
