Well I purchased a new three piece spoiler from mid america. Well it seems that the middle piece of the spoler attaches to a larger piece under the car. Well that piece is all busted up. I just figured that buying a new spoiler would fix my problems. However it will do me no good, because the large piece that the center spoiler attaches to is busted, and cracked. Does anybody know where I can find this piece?

Are you talking about the lower baffle? Cause if you are, I had the same situation happen when I replaced my spoiler. And it wasn't very cheap just for a hunk of plastic! I got mine from corvette central. One of the few places I could find what I needed because I had to order the upper baffle at the same time. It should be part# 244473. Hope it helps.
And oh ya, drink a beer after you see what they want for the chunk of plastic!!
Try this: and search for lower baffle http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?userwatch~dynamicSearchPage~cadefibF
Likewise... I bought a new lower air dam hoping to fix the missing center piece and found I couldn't attach it. I still need to take care of it myself, but you can order a used part from a place like www.vette2vette.com.

I ran into the same on my 86 coupe. I picked up a sheet of thin aluminum and just made a bottom plate out of it then bolted and or pop riveted it to the old piece. New spoiler bolted right up and it seems to be a lot stronger than the OEM piece. A little black spray and you don't even notice it. Good luck Charlie
You dont need to remove it when you install the ram air. I didn't, and when I did it for my bro we didn't remove his either. Nothing a dremel tool cant handle. It took all of 1 hour to install the ram air.
Now about that lower baffle, the bolts I am looking at are what secure it. I thought I saw it run above, where I couldn't see anymore. I guess I will have to investigate. Are there any hidden screws?
Nope the way I did it was put the filter on the end of the Vortex Ram Air thing, then put the box over it. The only way you can get the filter out though, at least for me is to remove the box, which is not that bad. It was a very easy install.
