Black 40th lol

My 93 was painted before I bought it, and it was missing the hood emblem, not sure what else. I saw this ad on e-bay and thought it was interesting, those side "40" emblems are only available as factory on the Ruby 40th vettes, correct???:confused

All 93's are considered 40th anniversary cars but some are "Anniversary Editions". All 93's came with 40th anniversary logo in the head rest so it's no wonder that they get advertised as 40th anniversary cars - they still doesn't make them an "Anniversary Edition". That "AE" RPO is Z25 and included the Ruby Red paint and interior and the emblems on the side you mentioned. I've seen a lot of cars that have had the emblem added.

BTW, all 2003 Vette have "50th anniversary" in the front and rear emblems also. That doesn't make them "Anniversary Editions" either.

One small correction: Only 93' with leather upholstery had the 40th anniversary logo in the head rests. The cloth seats were plain.

All '93's had the 40th Anniverary logo on the front fenders.

Mic, good to meet you the other day, I'll be back sometime, I'm working on getting cut-outs so when I get my resonator removed we can put them in too, which brings me to my next question, completely unrelated, does anyone know the diameter of the pipes on a Borla Cat Back system?
