Black plastic surround for the CHMSL

If you agree that the black plastic "spoiler" containing the Center High Mount Stop Light detracts from the look of the C6, please use the Chevy web site to send your opinion.
I like the look of the C6 (I think the headlights could have been done a bit better) but the silliest thing is that stupid piece of black plastic on the rear. Maybe its a Cadillac influence?

Sorry to offend if you like it, but if not, please let Chevy know. It's not too late in the process to get rid of it.

PS: I got a red and silver Mattel 1:18 die cast C6 at Target for $18.00 each. Allows for interesting comparison with the previous Corvette 1:18 die casts I own.
I think the C6 will be very popular.......especially in a few years when some of us can afford a used one. You all that can afford a new one, please take of of them for the 2nd owners! :L

I like the C6 photos in certain colors..from the photos I've seen so far. I'm planning to go see the NY Auto show this week and look foward to giving an opinion from there..


I believe your right though and see the body colored panel as a popular aftermarket kit.

they are trying to make the back end look smaller that is why the 3rd mounted light and the bottom are of a dark color. if you make the 3rd mounted light and the piece at the bottom the body color the rear end will look taller(BIGGER)
