Eric, Chip's Speedster is metallic black w/ red interior - that one for auction is black w/ black & tan interior and used to be owned by James Cameron (It was at Carlisle about 5 or 6 years ago for the Corvette show).

Chip's Speedster will be there - In the Special Collection

Wow! :eek I remember reading that thread but forgot that the car in mention was the Mecum car. At the auction I hope the (prospective) buyer has a clue that the car has had major damage. If someone who loved the hobby could get that car at a fair price and fix it right, they would have a great car on their hands. Are you and the other Callaway owners going to be watching the BG auction?

That's a shame, the conflict of times for both. The premier auction is a highlight of bloomington gold, BUT then there has never been a Callaway class either!!!
