blower motor not blowing very hard

when i turn the climate control on in my 90 coupe, the fan comes on auto and it shows the speed as 10. however it isn't blowing very hard, and when i turn the fan speed down it still blows the same, even on one. could this be the blower motor resistor? thanks for any info!

had the same trouble on mine.The evaporator was clogged with dirt and gunk.don`t remember if i went through the blower motor area to clean it. some degreaser and a garden hose ..big difference.the early c68 has a lot of trouble with vacuum modules and such.several good articils in the seach forum.mine still ain`t right ,busy doing head gaskets on it so the a/c takes a back seat.

I agree with the previos poster check yuor evaporator for debris and clean it Steve
