Blue bag for lug nut's 88 NEEDED

I need the blue bag that the lug nut's are stored in, that goes in the center console. The part # should be 10034341. I tried the dealer and was able to get the nut's and key. But the bag is no longer available.Any help would be appreciated. TLS
