I need the blue bag part # 1003431 that goes in the console. It holds the locking lug nut's and key or the 4 regular nut's. Does any one have an original C-4 with one of these in it? If so can you describe it to me please. I need to know the color blue, the size and what color the lettering is, as well as the draw string. I am going to try and have one made if I cannot locate one. Thank you for any and all help. TLS

Does anyone have one they can measure for me? TLS

I think I have one in my 91 Vette if that will help? I can check the part number on it tonight but I am pretty sure it is a green/brown color. It has the original locknuts and key in it. Maybe it is not what you are looking for so let me know.

I have tried every Vette site that I know of trying to find info on this bag. I did find out through the N.C.R.S. site that it was only issued on the car's with 16" wheel's.I geuss they didn't make many with these wheels. No one has one that I can even get info off from.TLS

I will look at it tonight. Sorry for the delay in responding. I was on travel for a couple of days. I let you know something tomorrow.

The bag I have is 8 1/2" long x 5" wide. Part number on bag is 10180891. It is a dark green (olive drab) color and plastic.

Thanks for the help. I don't know if the size would be the same as the blue bag or not? I would think so.Now if I can find out what color blue it was I will be all set, I can have one made. Thanks again. Tom

Does anyone have an 88 with the16" wheel's on it? If so did you buy it new? Would you check your glove box and see if you have that mysterious blue bag in there. Thank's TLS

I still need help with this item. If anyone has any info or has one to sell I would sure appreciate it. TLS

There's one for sale on Ebay. When you go to Ebay, in the left hand search boxes listed in caps: MAKE: Chevrolet MODEL: Corvette YEAR: 1991-1996. In the top search box select Parts and Accessories from the pop down menu. I just looked through over 1000 parts & accessories so I don't remember what page the bag was listed on, but I do remember the item had no bids! Good luck. :w

I searced E-Bay for everything from part#, to lug nut ,to blue bag,to blue bag for lug nut,to console content's and I could find nothing. It does need to be for an 88 though because some model years have a different color. If you get a chance please check it again. Thanks

Hey there. I did check--twice, and didn't see the item for sale out of 1000-some odd parts and accessories. I guess somebody bought it. Or the for sale days ended and the seller just pulled it without relisting it. Sorry. But keep looking. One'll turn up. :w

thanks for trying to help. if you see one let me know. Thanks tls630

Have you tried contacting the company that made the wheel locks/key? McGard (someplace in NY state) is the company that made the 17 inch wheel locks and key so I would guess they also made them for the 16 inch wheels. It's very doubtful they will have original bags for your 88 but they may be using similar bags for other vehicles? Doesn't hurt to ask!

You may want to search 88 Corvettes on e-bay and look for cars with 16 inch wheels. The ask the seller if it has the bag and go from there. Not many 88's have the 16 inch wheels so this may take some time but it seems like you are determined to find the bag!

Of course if the NCRS can't fully describe the bag, and if no one has one, just take your best guess and make one ... no one will know its not the real deal!

Good luck!

I think I have located one. It is in rough shape but I geuss that is better than nothing.. TLS
