Great to see more pics of your progress Ray. How is the frame? Is it real solid?

Gheez, all this fun work going on........makes me want to take my car apart!

Take care,
Brian

Brian,

You might just want to resist the temptation of tearing into your car once again, because you never know,,,, something else might be coming down the line in the near future.;)

Hi! Brian

The frame is worse than I first thought. I inspected the kick-ups closely when I purchased the car and they seemed to be sound. I thought I would only need to replace a cross member or two. The top half of the frame is in very good condition. The 63 set in a barn and most likely on a dirt floor after the tires went flat. I have a good friend that teaches welding and he will help or teach me how to repair the frame. (Looking forward to that) That is the reason for the push to remove all the parts from the frame, need to make the decision on how to proceed. If the frame cannot be repaired I will use a replacement frame. (It is a good thing that the values for the Vettes have increased in the past few years) John Z has recommended Vette Products of Michigan for frame parts or frames.
