Hi All.
I have a 95 coupe with the Bose AM/FM w/cassette player. I have CD player in all my other cars. How difficult would it be to replace the existing radio with a OE New/Used radio with a CD player. Would it require replacing the in-dash piece as well as the reciever in the rear compartment?

About the only thing I would warn you about is the fact that the Bose&#174 systems have an amplifier in each speaker. To use an aftermarket system with those speakers requires an adapter. It can be, and is done all the time, but it's usually a better bet if you replace it (the system) as a unit. I currently have a Pioneer system installed.

Others will give you their opinions shortly. ;)

Good luck!

Yeah, I would like to make it as simple as possible. If I can find a stock Delco/Bose radio w/ CD, thats the way I would like to go. Does it require that the dash unit as well as the reciever in the rear be replaced?
