Brackets, Air pump, and Electric water

Ive been looking at the csi electric water pumps lately. Im wondering if anyone knows how I could rig up an electric pump and get rid of the air pump. I dont know how I would run the belt. If anyone has done this, pictures would be nice =).

Ohh yes, and by the way, I would like to keep the air conditioning.... this is miami. If it matters (it might, and I just like saying it) I have headers and a superram.

I know of a few people who are trying to make custom belts to use with Meziere Pumps, but nothing is being mass-produced to my knowledge.
