Hey gang,

I have a 68 with non-powered brakes. I'm in the middle of swapping out blocks and was curious about something. As it stands the Master Cylinder is bolted right in front of the portion of the firewall that looks like a box. I have see a few photo's on here where a power booster is bolted up in the same position then the master cylinder thereafter. What I don't know is the year of the vette I saw these photo's from. My question is... Can I add a power brake booster without having to cut away that box?

Thanks

It has been in bits and pieces for three years, now I can see the end of it. The chassis is back on the frame and I can move it on it's own wheels. It all started with a rusty window frame, and suddenly everything was in pieces.

I'll keep that in mind - I mean, whenever I notice a rusty window frame, I'll ignor it!

Thanks 69_Coupe. Your photo shows that I won't have to do any mods to the fire wall. Very nice! I love less work!
