Brake Fluid Leak

I recently completely bled my brakes and replaced the bleeder valved with Speed Bleeders. Anyhow I had to send two of the bleeders back to CC because they were the wrong type. During the time that I waited for them I found that the paint had started to peel off of the spokes for my right front (passenger side rim) anyway when I noticed this I checked to see if the dust cap was still on it but it was missing. I got the speed bleeders the next day and promptly replaced the stock bleeders and put the rubber cap that came with the speed bleeders on the new bleeders. Today I checked it again and it was missing. I had cleaned the rim with Acetone (has to be repainted anyway, right?) but I can't seem to be able to tighten them anymore to seal it better. Does anyone have a course of action that they would recommend for stoping the leak? Do I need a new caliper? I want to try to stop more damage from occuring to my rims.

Also does anyone know where/how I can get my rim fixed before it starts to look like I got it from a junk yard? I really don't want to spend $325 on a new rim but if I absolutely must to have it match the others I will.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I have done some reading and decided that it would be best to stay with my factory original rims instead of buying a replica to replace it. I want to have them polished and just skip the headache of having chrome peel off in the future. Does anyone know of a good shop that can do this? I found one recommendation for Wheel Worx out of Millersville, Maryland but because I am in South Carolina I can't really justify paying that much money to ship it there and back. Another option would be to do it myself but it would take forever as I do not know of a tool that will sand the tight corners where the ends of the spokes are.

I fixed the fluid leak by removing the thread sealer that comes on the bleeders, apparently it prevented it from going down far enough to seal properly.
